Ayurvedic Hot Chocolate

A delicious rich healthy chocolate drink…need we say more.

  1. Add 8-12 oz of your preferred milk to a pot

  2. Heat on low

  3. Whisk 1-2 tablespoons of pure cacao powder (not cocoa powder)

    1. What’s the difference? Cacao powder is processed without heat and retains more health benefits. Cocoa powder is sweeter and processed using heat.

  4. Add a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg and cayenne (optional).

  5. Whisk until warm and add the ghee before serving.

  6. Add a splash of maple syrup if you desire

Sip and savor!
